
Shipping
All UK orders are sent out with Royal Mail Tracked 48, just provide me with your email address and phone number, so that you will be notified when your delivery is due.
I aim to process your orders in 1-3 business days.
International Orders
International packages are sent with Royal Mail's 'International Tracked' service, and are expected to be delivered within 5-7 working days after I have processed and packed your order.
Orders are usually shipped out within one week. When I dispatch the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you order from outside of the UK you may be subject to local duty, tax or other customs charges upon delivery. These customs charges vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and to pay any fees.
Currently, I am unable to ship to the EU because of the new EU import regulations (GPSR). I hope to figure out a solution to this ASAP.
I safely and securely package your orders myself, and do my best to reuse packaging materials that I recieve, in a bid to reduce plastic and paper waste.
Returns & Refunds
I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my vessels and hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first so that I can try my best to resolve the issue.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me, so I suggest using a tracked/ signed for delivery method. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item- I am afraid that shipping costs are non-refundable. The return needs to be repackaged securely to minimise the risk of breakage on its return journey. I cannot refund for any returned items that have been broken or damaged.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged to you, a full refund including return postage costs will be given. For items that are received damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a return and refund.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, I will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund, and then I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
